How Shipping is Calculated
Shipping rates are based on the total weight of your order. We use a tiered weight system to keep costs fair and transparent:

Your exact shipping rate will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your order's total weight and delivery address.
Estimated Delivery Times
Once your order is processed and shipped, estimated delivery times within Canada are typically:
- Standard Shipping: 2–7 business days
- Remote or rural areas may require additional transit time
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.
Shipping Coverage
We ship Canada-wide. Whether you're in a major city or a smaller community, we'll get your order to you.
Heavy & Oversized Items
Some of our larger fitness equipment may require special handling. For heavy or oversized items:
- Orders may be carefully packaged with additional protective materials to ensure safe delivery
- Large items may ship via freight carrier rather than standard courier — if this applies to your order, our team will be in touch with delivery details
Order Processing
Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
