At LoganFit, we do our best to ensure every purchase is smooth—but we understand sometimes things change. Here’s everything you need to know about returning or refunding your order:


✅ What You Can Expect

For eligible returns (see below), we offer two convenient options:

1. Fast Track Refund

  • Get an instant e-gift card if canceling a pre-order.
  • Or receive it right after we get your returned item at our warehouse.

2. Refund to Original Payment Method

  • We'll send your refund back to your original payment method.
  • Please allow up to 5 business days for processing.

📦 Pre-Orders

  • You can cancel or change your pre-order free of charge anytime before it ships.
  • Just contact us at sales@loganfit.ca or call +1 289-242-7179.

🚚 Damaged or Defective Items

We take pride in quality, but shipping accidents can happen.

  • If your item arrives damaged, let us know within 3 days of delivery.
  • We’ll replace or refund it at no cost to you.

🔄 Changed Your Mind?

No problem — returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Here's what you need to do:

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all parts.
  • You’re responsible for return shipping.
  • Items not returned in original condition may be subject to a $50 restocking fee.
  • Shipping fees (original and return) are non-refundable.

❗ Important Notes

Please keep in mind:

  • Final sale items cannot be returned.
  • Items must have tags attached and be unused.
  • Always pack items carefully to avoid damage during return shipping.

📝 How to Start a Return

  1. Reply to your order confirmation email and tell us what you’d like to return.
  2. Wait for our confirmation with return instructions.
  3. Drop off the item at our nearest location or ship it back.
