Hassle-Free 14-Day Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase — but if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help!
You have 14 days from the day you receive your item to request a return.

What qualifies for a return?
To be eligible, your item must be:

  • In the same condition you received it

  • Unworn, unused, with tags

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Ready to return?
Just email us at sales@loganfit.ca. Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return label and instructions on how to send it back.

Note: Returns sent without contacting us first will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items?

We take pride in delivering quality. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect — let us know right away so we can make it right.


Items That Can’t Be Returned

Some items are final sale due to their nature. These include:

  • Perishables (food, flowers, etc.)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care items (e.g., opened beauty products)

  • Hazardous or flammable materials

  • Clearance items or gift cards

Need an Exchange?

The fastest way to get the product you want is to return your current item, and place a new order after your return is accepted.


How Refunds Work

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the refund status.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process it.
